Francie by Jenny Dobson, Cabernet Franc 2021

Perfumed with redcurrant, raspberry, black olive and a peaty earthiness. The palate is fresh, with ripe fruit flavours and plenty of acidity. Tannin adds firmness to the structure, and although it has a youthful lightness of touch, there is depth and texture that builds as you go.
