Dune Mingsha Shan 2022

A lighter take on a classic Aussie Shiraz.  This wine is certified organic and made with minimal intervention.  It has typical black pepper and dark red fruit aromas but with a savoury note creeping in.  On the palate you get ripe blackberries and cherries alongside vanilla and spice. The palate is spicy and peppery, with smooth tannins. 

Bright, vibrant and refreshing and one to try!
